INGREDIENTS

  • 1 rack pork ribs
  • 2–3 tbsp Sweet Caroline Ribs & Brisket Rub
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F. Begin by removing the membrane from the back of the ribs and patting them dry.
  2. Generously coat the ribs with the Sweet Caroline rub, then sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top to enhance caramelization.
  3. Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and place them in the oven. Let them cook low and slow for 2.5 to 3 hours, allowing the meat to become tender and flavorful.
  4. Once done, carefully unwrap the ribs and brush them with honey and BBQ sauce. Transfer them to a grill or broiler and cook for an additional 5–10 minutes, until the exterior becomes caramelized and slightly crisp.
